Private server controls

Gives you access to the private server control panel

Includes access to:
    Access to unreleased maps
      (2 unreleased official maps, +private-server-only special maps when they are added)

    Access to vip-server-only gamemodes (experimental)
      (currently only Horde & Infection, more in the future)

    Ability to change many gameplay settings
      (Hunter lives, NPC behavior, walk speed, round length, jumping)
    
    Admin commands
      (Spawn NPCs, teleport players, kill players, change player teams, enable/disable buffs)

Open with the 'TOGGLE VIP PANEL' button in the top left of the screen
We plan to add more commands, options, and eventually unique maps+gamemodes

Note: This is only usable by YOU in your own private server, you cannot give other players access
