Ability to announce images and change your rank title on announcements.

Usage of Image Announcements:
use the /ann command with the following text;
"<Image:TEXTUREID>"
Make sure to replace the TEXTUREID with the Texture ID of the image you want to announce. Note that images are in 1:1 ratio.

Usage of Custom Rank Titles:
use the "/setrankname [NAME]" to change your Rank Name, which will display once you make an announcement in that server. Note that it does not save across servers.
