Simple - doubles the Gold you receive from the mob's base drop. This stacks as well, meaning that if there's any other sources of multiplication (excluding special XP/Gold multiplier event), it'll multiply it by itself. For example, 10*2*5=x100, not 10*(1+1+4)=x60.
