The Victoria Bay Institution is a correctional facility in the County of Victoria, Ontario. It operates under the authority of the Correctional Service of Canada and holds a range of prisoners, from those who've committed minor or major crimes. VBI is the oldest operational federal correctional facility in the Ontario region.
