The Stoddart Industries Security & Law Enforcement, were formed Circa 1911 as the global transport industry grew, and continuing to simply hire temps from private security companies was no longer a feasible option. 

Mr Stoddart formed his own private policing & military force from Ex-Law Enforcement (Brakemen) and Veteran Mercenaries (Jackboots). These forces protected Stoddart Industries' facilities and rail construction worldwide, eventually becoming the 3rd largest private army in the world, behind the Wagner Group and G4S, with 22 Active-Duty Companies of Security Personnel.

Now, post apocalyptic freeze, Victor Company was selected to enforce law and order aboard Stoddart's great ark train, Snowpiercer, 1001 cars long. It is our honour.
