In the world of InFamous, ordinary humans start unlocking special powers. These powers could range from absolutely any form of matter such as Neon, Glass, Water, ect. Humans who posses the power of manipulating forms of matter are called "Conduits", or in some cases "Bio-Terrorist". In this game you, the player, have to power to choose a form of matter to control, expose this new open world, and fight friends or foes in the process.
