Junior Operator - 500 km 
Operator - 1000 km 
Senior Operator - 2500 km
Technician - 5000 km 
Chief Operators - 10000 km

Staff Supervisor: Senior CS members who have been CS for at least a month and passed our stringent training system. 

Executive Staff Supervisor: Senior Representatives who have showed hard work and dedication to the group. This role is earned and not applied for. (Gets a 1-3% share of group revenue) 

Executive Directors: Admins who manage the day to day operations. This role is earned and not applied for. (Gets a 5-10% share of revenue)
