When the ashes of the 7th Occult War finally came to land, the world awakened to the fact that war in the conventional style was no longer enough to deal with the anomalous world. They needed an army capable of handling such a world, to protect the world from the chaos of itself. A force that, no matter what was thrown at it, there was no way they could be defeated. With the backing of the United Nations, a group of 108 separate organizations came together to create what is known today as the United Nation's Global Occult Coalition.
