The U.S. Federal Bureau of Biological Waste Disposal ("FBBWD", "BWD") is an independent federal agency shared by the Department of Energy, the Department of Occult Defense, and the Federal Occult Management Authority. Since 1945, it has been tasked with disposing and abating hazardous waste, radioactive objects, and biological instances both domestic and abroad. 

- Due to its varied history, the Bureau often finds themselves doing tasks under the purview of certain three-letter agencies, serving as Big Stick of PENTAGRAM Policy. 
- Its jurisdiction, in the matter of domestic matters, is controlled by FOMA. 
- Matters related to American Research are usually deferred to the Department of Energy. 

This group is not bound by one universe but rather exists in multiple.
