Ngot Band

Ngọt is a Vietnamese pop rock band consisting of four members: Vũ Đinh Trọng Thắng (lead vocals, rhythm guitar), Phan Việt Hoàng (bass guitar), Nguyễn Hùng Nam Anh (drums), and Hoàng Chí Trung (keyboards). Formed in 2013 in Hanoi, the band quickly gained attention within Vietnam’s underground music community through online recordings and social media, gradually becoming one of the most prominent artists in the Vietnamese indie scene.

Ngọt released their self-titled debut album, a compilation of their most popular songs, in May 2016. Their second album, Ng`bthg, was released in September 2017. The single “Em dạo này,” taken from the album, received positive acclaim from both fans and critics, helping the band win the Cống hiến Music Awards for “Song of the Year” and “New Artist of the Year” at the 13th awards ceremony in 2018.
