The Grand Army of the Republic (GAR), commonly known as the Grand Army and the Clone Army, is a major branch of the Galactic Republic Military made up completely of clone troopers, a force of elite troops formed from the genetically altered template of bounty hunter Jango Fett. Clone troopers are deployed as infantry units in the Grand Army.

As the Galaxy approaches civil war, all Republic troops deploy to defend Republic-controlled territory and repel terrorist organizations such as the Confederacy of Independent Systems, which strive to spread fear and terror throughout the galaxy. Everyone who values peace and democracy must join the republic and fight for terror-free worlds. For the Republic, and for Democracy!
