to rank up in this family you have to work everyday by joining bob and asking him for missions. when your first mission is done, you will be ranked for the first time and given a code or name depending of what Bob thinks of you.

ranks:

Associates: standard member of the family
Agents: Completed  a mission.
Capos: Completed 10 or more missions.
Consigliere: Completed 25 or more missions.
Underboss: Completed 50 or more missions and be respected by BOB.
Boss:  Completed 100 or more missions and be respected by BOB and a active member.

After you are giver your rank you are expected to occur to missions in a suit if you can, or full black clothes even with no robux.
