Antares Auxiliary Corps

After the fall of Antares, Antarian loyalists banded together to form a rebellion against Orion’s occupation of Ananteria. The rebellion succeeded, allowing Antarian forces to seize the decrepit, war-torn capital. From there, Antares reestablished much of its government and military, albeit as a shadow of its former self. Its authority remained confined largely to the capital, leaving most of the ruined former empire under Orion occupation.
The new government formed a small but determined force of loyalists known as the Antares Auxiliary Corps (Ant Aux C). It was tasked with resisting Orion, reclaiming lost territory, and eliminating Orion’s occupying forces and supporters. Antares now exists in a near-constant state of war with Orion, with attempts at territorial expansion achieving only meager success. The nation remains impoverished and devastated, plagued by famine, disease, power outages, and frequent bombardment.
