What I ask for group members: don't let others make you doubt your worth, do what you want even if people say you can't do it, drink a gallon of clean water a day if you can, exercise at least 2-3 hours a week if you can, get sunlight every day, and have a good attitude.

Group origin: I made this group to help people and to let followers gather here. Feel free to ask each other for help in this group and you can always ask me for advice too about anything. I won't always give the best but it will be honest and the best I can give.
