Lancashire Teaching Hospitals

Our trust provides a variety of specialist and vital services to people across Lancashire, parts of Cumbria and Blackpool. It was founded in December 2024 after two trusts; Blackpool Fylde and Wyre Hospitals Trust and Lancashire Hospitals Trust merged together. As a result of this, our community now has access to a wider range of amenities and services that we would’ve otherwise not been able to.

Currently the trust is led by a board of directors, chaired by Rhys Smith.
