To become a Team Leader you need to tell a team leader or myself a lesson you know or would like to present. It has to have the Bible as an essential reference, and if we discern that it is a good lesson then we will rank you up to Team Leader. From that point on, you can teach your lesson to the whole group, as well as teach any lesson that you feel the LORD is leading you to give.
