When the harsh storms of Darktide unsettled an entire city from it's country, the city and the cyborg workers upon it drifted away through the Black Sea. As the distance increased, the Cyborg's became more and more in control of their actions, being further away from their evil masters and makers. An independent army of elite Cyborg's now stands freely, functioning of its superior craftsmanship to do as it will as a free country.
