The DSS Coast Guard, roughly based on the Canadian Coast Guard, is a maritime rescue force, for Dynamic Ship Simulator.  It's our job to make sure maritime traffic flows safely, keep illegal fishers at bay, and if needed, board and detain the crew of a vessel within waters illegally.
