Rule 1. No promting other group unless approved by owner
Rule 2. No Bulling (this include being rascist, making fun of lgbtq and making fun of disability) 
Rule 3. No spam
Rule 4. Try keeping the chat as kid friendly as possibly 

Rule break will get a warning and may be put in a rank where they can't chat for a for a day or two

 If Rule breaking is severe or if they break the rule way to many times and show no sign of stoping they will be banned
