The year is 1871. After 4 years of rebellion the Philippine Islands have finally established its independence after defeating the Spanish colonizers. The Empire as it calls itself, was fashioned from the remains of what meager industrial resources the colonizers have left coupled with a modest economy, the new nation strives to create a solid foundation for its future.
