The SCP Foundation consists of multiple Departments, each fulfilling an individual purpose and unique role for achieving the Foundation's goals. The O5 Council, an anonymous and shadowy group, oversee all operations within the Foundation, quietly shaping the future of humanity. Within the SCP universe, Groups of Interest are external organizations that fight or ally with the Foundation, notably including the Foundation's primary foe, the Chaos Insurgency.
