-After a certain amount of time working in the game, you will be promoted to Head security/barista.
 Why would you want to be promoted? 

Benefits of being a high rank:
 -After head Barista/Security, everything is determined by your superiors, (high ranks.)
 -If you are able to achieve a high rank, they do come with salaries (R$) and administrative powers!
 Any other rank is only available by Administrator Approval.
