One Piece: The Age of Pirates [Marines]

The new official marine group for One Piece: The Age of Pirates.

The Marine's ranking system will be based off of.
How strong said marine is.
How well known said marine is.
How long they have been a marine.
Who has the marine defeated?
All these will be used to rank the marine, another way of getting ranks as a marine would be to take certain test which will probably be assigned to certain marines every now and then.
A mental test, to test how smart you are, how good are you with your df, how do you treat others, and your spelling/grammar.
A in-game Physical test, basically just a spar.
Last is taking other people's ranks.
For now taking others ranks will be as such.
You can take another persons rank as long as the Fleet or a Admiral approves of the spar and it is recorded, first to 5.
You can't take a rank that is Rear Admiral or higher.
That's how the Marine ranking system will work.
