II Field Force, Vietnam "𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐲, 𝐇𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐫, 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐲" ═───────────═ During the Vietnam War, II Field Force, Vietnam was the largest U.S. Army corps-level command in the country, responsible for operations in III Corps Tactical Zone — including the strategic area around Saigon and the Mekong Delta’s northern approaches. It directed multiple U.S. and allied divisions, brigades, and separate battalions in both conventional engagements and counterinsurgency operations.
