Description
Once the center of the Commonwealth of the Starlit Isles, the Pomovean Federation was heavily impacted during the Commonwealth Dissolution, losing most of it's industry and infrastructure. With a determined population and government, the Pomovean Federation managed to achieve several breakthroughs in terms of Submarine Technology in order to regain it's rightful place as the Center of the Starlit Isles.
