A territorial administration that administers political power by operating and governing mining facilities and their supporting domed habitats on the planet Mars in the present year of 2084—a sprawling colony constructed by Earth's Northern Bloc to extract a natural resource of Turbinium; the colony's economic and political lifeline and the Northern Bloc's essential component for the war effort against the Southern Bloc back on Earth.

The colony also collects it's wealth from it's tourist industry, residential areas, the controlled production, distribution and sale of breathable air supply required by the colony's inhabitants.
