The United Nations is an Intergovernmental organisation whose purpose is to maintain international peace and security. The entity, comprised of multiple nations is made up of multiple key bodies, including the General Assembly, Security Council, and International Court of Justice, all of which are currently operating. The encouragement of international diplomacy and the wellbeing of the world's population is one of the United Nation's core values.
