Kuvani Empire

The Kuvani Empire is a strict, aristocratic monarchy ruled by the Birrin, a sapient alien hexapod species originating from Chriirah, the Empire’s capital planet. Its government is composed of a Senate and Emperor, who holds supreme military and political authority. The Kuvani Empire was formed after a solar flare decimated Chriirah, which triggered a revolution and consequently led to the fall of the Zyrion Empire, Kuvani's predecessor. Since then, the Empire and its capital have been reconstructed stronger than before, with a strong emphasis on keeping a large, powerful fleet, to both keep the populace under control and invaders out.
