Division Requirements:
Aerial requirements: must have 3 rebirths in War Tycoon
Naval requirements: must have 3 rebirths in War Tycoon
Paratrooper requirements: Must pass the designated skill check by the division leader
Military police requirements: Must pass the designated skill check by a major general or higher
Golden Guard requirements: Must be selected by the Lead General
