[-SCP-] Secure Contain Protect Foundation

The SCP Foundation, known as Specialized Containment Procedures Foundation, or Secure Contain Protect for short, is entrusted by every major government system to study, contain, and secure anomalies and phenomena that pose a threat to humanity, or at the very least, our sense of reality. The SCP foundation is run by elected members of an elite council (O5 Council), to ensure everything is running smoothly, and efficiently.
