The Electorate body of the Hessische Dynastie ensures that an equal role of leadership and ownership is bestowed upon it's Dynasty members having Cadet Branch heads and a monthly election for a Dynastic Leader between the heads of Cadet Branches and their members on the Chamber of the Houses map under this Group.

Heads of the Cadet Branches are Chosen from the Already Initiated Ranks of the House of Hesse (Das Haus Hessen), they are then Given the Option to Choose to run a Cadet Branch under the Dynasty if they are a Duke and Above, they may then Choose members who are not already in a Cadet Branch from Das Haus Hessen who are Barons and above acting as a Party within the Dynasty and it's Disputes.

Originally the Hereditary Rule of the Hessische Dynastie, now reformed to a Dynastic Electorate so that there is more equal share of power and responsibility Amongst it's members.
