COMPNOR, or the Commission for the Preservation of the New Order, was a propaganda and political organization within the Galactic Empire. Established to promote loyalty to the Emperor and the ideals of the Empire, COMPNOR played a critical role in shaping public opinion and ensuring societal conformity. It operated through various branches, such as the Imperial Security Bureau, Imperial Intelligence, Shock Troopers, and the Imperial Justice Tribunal, targeting different aspects of Imperial life, from security to law enforcement. COMPNOR helped enforce the New Order’s rule.
