🦅Nearly a century prior, Sweden stood as one of the Great Powers of Europe, dominating the north through a series of relentless and brilliant military campaigns against its neighbours. The Swedish Army had earned a reputation for its discipline and ferocity, feared across the continent. However, following its devastating defeat in the Great Northern War and subsequent conflicts, territories such as Finland were lost to rivals. In the aftermath of this humiliation, Sweden heavily reformed its military under the leadership of Crown Prince Bernadotte, and would join the Sixth Coalition against Emperor Napoleon's forces, where the Swedish would play a major role in the defeat of the French Empire.
