Site-499

Armed Research Site-499, founded in 2050 in Northern Russia, specializes in the study and containment of non-compliant, containment-resistant, and possibly highly aggressive sentient anomalies.
Additionally, Site-499 has its own specialized research department that is tasked with identifying better containment needs and determining if an anomaly can be classified as sentient/sapient.

In addition to being observed by entities such as the O4 Council, Ethics Committee, and Internal Affairs, Site-499 is actively collaborating with the United Nations Global Occult Coalition to keep these dangerous anomalies contained.
