The Ostanian People's Army is a sole independent ground armed 
force centralized on emphasizing military maneuvers and campaigns 
than governmental affairs and political involvements. 

Bearing no political ideology, The Ostanian People's Army
exercises in a maintained cautious stance. Adopting a risk-averse
operations to evade military disputes and conflicts. Organized in 
traditional military structure to control and expand its territory and
possessions, intended to offend, defend, peacekeep and 
counterinsurgence entities under its jurisdiction.
