Led by their Crown Prince, the people of Ne'Kotikoz have cherished a vibrant history of arts and sciences. Their old traditions of pacifism has led the nation unprepared for large-scale warfare, leading it to being one of the weaker militaries in Tellus. 

After the two decades of the Great Decade War on Tellus, the formerly peaceful isolated nation finds itself questioning its current form of governance. Veterans from the Decade War alongside a new rising generation of "enlightened" college students promote a democratic form of governance, taking on beliefs from formerly disgraced Democratic leaders. 

Despite their overbearing prosperity, they find themselves yet again split between the Monarchy and Democracy. Who will you serve?
