𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐦 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐬?
The Phantom Thieves of Hearts, also known simply as the Phantom Thieves, are a group of Persona users in Persona 5 and its related media. Sick of the deception, hypocrisy and corruption around them, the Phantom Thieves are devoted to "stealing" corrupt hearts, usually of adults in positions of power, in order to reform society. 

𝐑𝐚𝐧𝐤 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨: 
Leader – Group owner
Second in Command – Trusted deputy and right hand to the Leader.
Navigator – Senior admins who help manage and guide the group.
Strategist – Junior admins, promoted from Phenomenal Phantom Thief
Phenomenal Phantom Thief – Highly trusted and outstanding members.
Phantom Thief, Investigation Team, SEES – request on the group wall
