Utair - is a Russian airline with headquarters at Khanty-Mansiysk Airport, as well as Surgut International Airport and Vnukovo International Airport. It operates scheduled domestic and some international passenger flights, scheduled helicopter flights, as well as extensive charter flights.

October 31, 2017, Utair began the rebranding process: the company got a corporate logo and a new font for writing the name. The airline's new logo is a tilted letter U. The new font in the name on the fuselage is more concise, without tilting as before, and the second letter in the name is lowercase. By the end of 2018, the aircraft fleet was repainted, the website, the mobile application, the pilots and flight attendants uniforms were updated.

In 2020, the company presented a new development strategy — fleet renewal and stable development of medium-haul, regional and foreign economic transportation, and the development of the helicopter business.
