In all departments, personnel report upward through the ranks, following a clear chain of command. Recruits answer to the next rank above them, who in turn report to their superior. Each department head—Lawistraffy for L.A.W, 1vox5 for V.O.X, and Bighquatters for H.Q oversees all operation.
