Central Issue Facility

Fort Arthur Central Issue Facility (CIF). 

The CIF issues out uniform and gear to United States Military Personnel. This is the successor group to the old Uniform Exchange Services group. Currently under contract since 10/12/2017 to provide services to the United States Military 1960s owned by JFKPart.
