You can join this group if you have any hat that is above 7,000 robux,
or 100,000 Tickets.
Or have 13+ pages of hats, 
Or 100,000+ Place Visits.

Do NOT send a request if you know you do not meet the requirements.
Having OBC makes no difference, dont request if you dont have atleast 12 page of hats, or a really expensive one. Duplicate hats does not count.

It would be helpful if you know you qualify, if you wore your most expensive hat for until you are in group, or 24 hours after you have requested.
