Following multiple containment breaches across a multitude of facilities via a seemly coordinated strike by the Chaos Insurgency and various other Groups of Interest has forced the Foundation onto its last legs. The decommissioning of Sites, Committees, and Task Forces, including the Council's own Red Right Hand, has resulted in a lack of resources, space, and manpower. Nonetheless, the strive to maintain the status quo remains. The Foundation has centralized its assets into a facility placed in space, with a few storage outposts orbiting around the earth.

The Foundation is commanded by the Administrative Congress and the Overseer Command with each member tasked with overseeing selected department and ensuring the high professionalism of the Foundation. Each department upholds an important task for this organization as they are coherently linked to provide utmost efficiency.
