Welcome, to the Regency of Sturmholm. The World has been plagued by pollution, disease and conflict, forcing an organisation called the Ministry of Human Preservation, to evacuate the rich and wealthy to off world sites.

Those who remain on Earth must survive in the Ministry Controlled Colonies that remain.
