You cannot be in WICKED and join TRA.

The Right Arm is a resistance group opposed to WICKED. They believe that the resources that WICKED has been using in their search for a cure to the Flare would have been better spent in preventing the disease being spread across the planet, keeping more people healthy. TRA seeks to protect the immunes from WICKED, who capture the immunes as test subjects in their research for a cure.
