Oceania is a fictional superstate which is based on the dystopian lore of George Orwell's book "1984." Oceania is lead by the INGSOC party, which controls the military and government. 

The Government is divided into three ministries, the Ministry of Truth, the Ministry of Love, and the Ministry of Peace. The Ministry of Truth controls all propaganda, information, and media, the Ministry of Love acts as the State Police, and the Ministry of Peace is the military of Oceania.
