 Recruited Pirate: Join the group.
 Pirate: Do a training.
 Boat's management: Do another training also a extra bonus training to configure this role.
 Carpenter: You must develop a game and you MIGHT obtain this role.
 New Sword Master: Ask Zoro for this role!
 Sword user: Train with Zoro once.
 Apprentice Sword User: Fight Zoro once. No matter if you win or lose. (if you win you get to be Zoro's right hand)
 Recruited Medic: Ask Chopper for it.
 Medic User: Train with Chopper.
 Apprentice Medic User: Help someone recover
 Doctor: Perform Surgery.
 Ultimate Chef: Make better food then that food wars guy.
