-Only security and up can apply for Defence Minister and above; otherwise anyone can apply for security. 

-You will have to get disco (server code above) and DM TheCoolToast (He's the president) or say in general which role you would like to apply for. 

-If you want to be security you can say so anytime, but for Defence Minister and above will be once every 8 weeks.
