Protect the world from paranormal and unknown anomalous threats which plague the word

𝙰𝚃𝙻𝙰𝚂 is a international government organization under multiple leading world countries led by Diplomats and a Council that represents the country, separate from said countries personal interests. 

Working in utmost secrecy they are shrouded from the public and little public knowledge is recorded. The Initiative was sparked in 2002, after a catastrophic incident including the collision of an asteroid harbouring an anomalous entity.
