Offsale Item Hoarders

Offsale Item Hoarder's goal is to give Rare Offsale Items the rightful acknowledgement they deserve.
There is a Finite amount of Offsale hats just like Limiteds!

Lets start with the basics:
Here Rarity is judged by the amount of owners a hat has, so I have implemented this point system.

<300 Owners = 15 points , <3000 Owners = 10 points , <30,000 Owners = five points , Everything above = 1 point.

Now for the ranks!
15 Points = Collector             100 Points = Alpha Collector     350 Points = Royal Collector
50 Points = Great Collector  200 Points = Blessed Collector 500 Points = Lord Collector
Ranks will be added if someone passes the Highest!

Please Note Point's are manually Counted.
*IMPORTANT* For me to be able to total your points, your inventory must be set to public. Follow these steps to do so: Settings>Privacy>Other Settings> Who can see my inventory>toggle to public Or follow me and set it to 'users i follow and friends'.
