Apex Stellar Control

Ever since an unknown anomaly threatened Earth's stability.
Remnants of NASA and SpaceX teamed up with the ‘SCP Foundation’ through old connections to make the "Apex Stellar Control.”

They were stablished on Site-416 to: Study, neutralize and contain extraterrestrial anomalies that normal factions or even the foundation couldn't handle.

Once they knew the power they were dealing with, Apex Stellar control funded various “Divisions”. Mainly security and Research.
Large amounts of energy was required to contain these Anomalies and to conduct tests. So, the researchers started to develop a reactor core not knowing the type of power and problems they’ll create in a future.

This reactor core was the first ever designed in all of the Foundation’s history, even humanity’s.
Through various tests, researchers and engineers were able to power it up using only a few lasers.
But it did not go as expected.
